Pomegranate Cranberry Orange Ice Pops

These were a delicious treat for the hot weather we are currently experiencing in California. Luckily I discovered these as summer is just beginning so that I can enjoy them all summer long!

The recipe:
2 3/4 cups Pomegranate Cranberry Juice
3/4 cup Freshly squeezed Orange Juice
1/2 cup Superfine Sugar

Mix juices in large bowl (preferably one with a spout). Add sugar and stir until dissolved. Pour into ice pop molds and freeze for 3 or more hours or until frozen.

To remove ice pops, squeeze mold. If necessary, run under for water until loosened.

Note: More or less sugar may be needed depending on sweetness of the oranges and preference. I suggest using 100% Pom-Cran juice.

Getting Started

Boredom is to blame! My husband has been studying or the Bar for almost a month now and has one more month to go. When I am home, silence is a necessity. Yesterday, boredom led to Pomegranate Cranberry Orange Ice Pops. Then, I thought that this could be a way to end my boredom, try out new recipes and discuss the various adventures along the way. So it began . . ..
